Mr. Ndubisi Anyanwu is CEO of NOI Polls. He was previously Special Assistant to the Honourable Minister of Finance for the Federal Republic of Nigeria and served in a similar role in the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) in the Presidency. Prior to his return to Nigeria, Mr. Anyanwu worked in the Investment Management Department (Treasury) of the World Bank Group in Washington, where he conducted performance measurement for portfolio managers and facilitated executions by floor traders in excess of 4.7 Billion USD (US Dollars). Mr. Anyanwu is a graduate the Rutgers School of Business (New Jersey, USA). He is a member of the Board of Directors of NOI Polls.
