NOI Polls is an opinion research organisation in Nigeria that provides timely and relevant information on people's perspectives on a variety of social and economic issues. The organisation was founded in November 2006 by Dr. (Mrs.) Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, former Minister of Finance and Foreign Affairs, Federal Republic of Nigeria. Her goal was to establish a premier opinion research firm in Nigeria which periodically provided a barometer of public opinion on a range of social and economic issues. In December 2007, Dr. Okonjo-Iweala left NOI Polls to become Managing Director at the World Bank.
